My discovery of 2008 is undoubtedly TED.

Technology,Entertainment & Design is a community/conference where the world’s brightest lights shine forth on topics broadly related to TED.The reason for TED to exist is to spread ideas.Path-breaking,multi-disclinary ideas in any field.

TED is brought to life annually through a conference where some of the most original and provocative thinkers share their ideas.Most of these talks can be accessed at www.ted.com.From bio-mimicry to insights on cell-phone usage in developing countries,TED is an amazing forum from where you can listen to and learn from these guys.

is Afrikaans for “discovery”.chosen this title  for the blog ‘coz I think it pretty much summarizes what drives me and what i wanna write about.I believe that there’s an awful lot to unearth in the world.Consumer insights,theories,art styles,music.Each hidden gem uncovered is momentary euphoria.

Will try and restrict this blog to my discoveries in the fields of marketing,advertising and design thinking…and the arts from time to time…and soccer now and then.
